Our first Van Leeuwen Ice Cream worksite — a delightfully delicious Houston retail construction project!
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, with stores in Houston, Texas, has made news this month with a flavorful, festive, and surprising Hidden Valley Ranch partnership. Van Leeuwen rolled out its newest limited edition on National Ranch Day, March 10, and is stocking inventory nationwide at Walmart stores. Needless to say, it’s made quite a splash!
Right Choice Construction has a unique bird’s-eye view of two of our favorite Van Leeuwen Ice Cream locations. We completed restaurant buildouts in Rice Village and Uptown Park, never imagining this iconic chain would add such an intriguing addition to its delicious, decadent cache of premium flavors.
That’s right — a savory ranch dressing-inspired frozen dessert that pairs well with salty snacks! And this isn’t the first time Van Leeuwen has offered comfort food as a frozen dessert — you might remember the company’s Macaroni & Cheese Ice Cream from a few years back, with a creamy texture and rich cheese flavor. We think it’s incredible that Van Leeuwen surprises our nation’s ice cream connoisseurs with such daring tastebud novelties!

What we enjoyed most at our two Van Leeuwen construction locations (aside from sampling the tasty ice cream once the stores opened) was conceptualizing these retail construction projects and making the best use of square footage.
