Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, a nationwide gourmet chain, contracted with us to build out their 900-square-foot ice cream parlor in Rice Village (Houston, TX). Learn more about the project here. The space features custom tile, powder-coated metal in fun pastel colors throughout the space, old-fashioned parlor lights, and a terrazzo brass logo inlay. This restaurant renovation is a real hit with customers who enjoy a full menu of vegan and dairy ice creams, vegan chocolate chip cookies, sundaes, and milkshakes. We were honored when this led to a follow-up project in Uptown Park, Houston several months later.
