We’re gearing up for the 26th annual Women in Construction Week during March 3-9, and are proud to highlight our women-owned commercial construction business led by Danielle Wright.
As a female entrepreneur in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Danielle’s leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving the success of Right Choice Construction. Her vision for creating high-quality, customized solutions for clients has earned the company a reputation for excellence and reliability in the realm of corporate interior and exterior remodels and build-outs, retail spaces, tenant improvements, shopping centers, industrial spaces, restaurants, and office buildings.
But Danielle’s impact goes far beyond the work that Right Choice does. She’s a trailblazer and an inspiration for women in construction and beyond, showing that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and a commitment to excellence.
Danielle grew up riding bulldozers and walking job sites in her late father’s construction company, RWF Construction. Today, Right Choice follows in her father’s footsteps as a Certified City of Houston Women Business Enterprise operating within the statewide Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program and the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Federal Contracting Program — both under the Small Business Administration (SBA).
In 2019, Right Choice was named in GC Magazine among the Best Tenant Improvement (office) Contractors in Houston. In 2023, GC Magazine featured Right Choice again, this time among the Best Retail Contractors in Houston, Texas.
Danielle sits on the 2023 Board of Governors Executive Committee of the Katy Area Economic Development Council and serves as Vice Chair. She is a member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Retail Contractors Association (RCA) and the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA). She is also active in the Fulshear-Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.
