In this week’s Development with Danielle©, I’m excited to share news about the upcoming Katy Area Economic Outlook Summit on Friday, June 16th, from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites in Katy, Texas.
As a commercial general contractor and an executive board member of the Katy Area Economic Development Council (KAEDC), it’s an honor to sponsor this event. The KAEDC was founded in 2003 with a mission to lead the economic development efforts in the Katy area and recruit, retain, and expand new high-quality, high-impact companies, jobs, and talent. Since then, this full-service private non-profit 501(c)6 economic development corporation has grown to more than 200 members and assists in the creation of thousands of jobs and billions in capital investment.
Supporting and being involved in the KAEDC is rewarding both personally and professionally. I encourage all women in the trades to join and passionately support worthy organizations that benefit our communities and our construction sector.
